All Rad ebikes are either UL Certified or tested by ACT to comply with UL 2849.

This means our bikes and electric systems have undergone rigorous testing to meet safety standards set by UL, a respected third-party organization.

Although U.S. guidelines don’t currently require ebikes to meet UL Certification, we go the extra mile to ensure our riders feel safe in the saddle.

Safety is paramount to Rad engineers. Reflective striping is incorporated on tire sidewalls, plus LED headlights and taillights come standard on every model.

Pedal assist
  • Ride with as much or as little effort as you'd like, even on hills. The RadTrike features 5 levels of pedal assist and a throttle for extra, on-demand power.
Redesigned Battery
  • A 10Ah/450Wh battery provides the power to take you up to 55 miles, and features 10 battery light indicators for better trip tracking.
Fold-down feature
  • With a simple fold-down mechanism, the RadTrike can easily load into vehicles with lower clearance.
